I bought this Lenovo H330 for my daughter. I've bought a number of Lenovos ahead of from their website in the past. But for my own machines I generally customize them a lot and can't effortlessly buy "off the shelf". But my daughter's needs were easy so I checked out Amazon. The H330 offered here in the time of this writing can be a slightly lowered version of the primary 1 configured by Lenovo on their web site. This one has three gigs vs. 6 gigs of memory and a slightly much less potent CPU when compared to the Lenovo site. Otherwise they're the same. Each come bundled with Win 7 plus a keyboard/mouse. In the time I bought this, the Lenovo configured machine was $160.00 more than I paid on Amazon but a couple days later the distinction was only $100 in favor of Amazon. So these days you can get a slightly decreased machine and save $100.00. Most likely a good deal. We're content with our choice. By the way, we like Lenovo partly because of their assistance. I purchased a h8-1040 not realizing how it would be, however it will be the best, fastest, most complete computer I have ever owned. Setup was a breeze, you might be supplied all of the connectors you may need to have, and some standard directions. It has a trial Norton and MS Workplace which I bought the typical versions for the personal computer. You can't hear it, as it's so quiet, only thing that I may well add could be a USB three.0 card inside the back for my external hd and printer................. My husband's mother wanted a "simple" laptop or computer so she could use e-mail as well as the World wide web to stay in touch with family members and buddies soon after moving from 1 coast to the other lately. I bought this laptop or computer a couple of months ago and am enjoying it. Nevertheless, I had to go via a good deal to get here. It arrived with malfunctioning memory that left me embarrassed in front of a client although my personal computer kept malfunctioning. I contacted ASUS, only to be told to mail to them the unit at my own expense. I could have returned it at no cost to amazon considering that it was a defective pc. On the other hand, as a result of the exceptional deal and because no a lot more were accessible in the time I chose to purchase $20 worth of memory and fix the issue myself. I was disappointed in Asus' unwillingness to cover all my expenses given that the issue was their fault.
