I bought this laptop or computer a couple of months ago and am enjoying it. Nevertheless, I had to go via a good deal to get here. It arrived with malfunctioning memory that left me embarrassed in front of a client although my personal computer kept malfunctioning. I contacted ASUS, only to be told to mail to them the unit at my own expense. I could have returned it at no cost to amazon considering that it was a defective pc. On the other hand, as a result of the exceptional deal and because no a lot more were accessible in the time I chose to purchase $20 worth of memory and fix the issue myself. I was disappointed in Asus' unwillingness to cover all my expenses given that the issue was their fault. Thankfully, if the issue had been an high-priced 1 I could have returned it to amazon at no cost. I encourage you to purchase only from amazon directly given that, as evidenced by my expertise, buying from an outside vendor can leave you using a really highly-priced remedy. (Read More...)
