I read a good deal of reviews on here about how pleased folks were to move up from their PowerMac G5s but when I tried it at the store I didn't see what the significant deal was about. My PowerMac is 6 years old and for by far the most portion it runs genuinely nicely. Following employing it for a couple of days I will need to restart it to help keep it running quick but other than that I do not see why the MacPro is such a big upgrade. It has exactly the same case as the PowerMac, Apple is no longer generating adjustments to the case each year or two like they did with the PowerMac G4. You are essentially spending a fortune to get exactly the same exact case. For a premium price I would anticipate more. The inside of the case is quite distinct. It supports 4 hard drives instead of 2 nonetheless due to the fact you can now acquire two terabyte tough drives you could fit a whopping 8 terabytes into the old PowerMacs which is adequate for many people.
